Tell us what happened and when. Send only the information needed to investigate, and leave out passwords, session cookies, identity documents and other students’ information. Security reports should describe the issue without exploiting it further or sending learner content.

Messages are handled by the operator through Cloudflare email forwarding and Google Gmail. A request for export or deletion is reviewed by a person; sending an email does not instantly erase data.
